There are no formal prerequisites for our Scrum Master Certification. The course is designed to accommodate participants with varying levels of experience, from those new to Agile to professionals who have been working in Agile environments. Basic knowledge of project management concepts is helpful but not required.
Your Scrum Master Certification is valid for two years from the date of issuance. To maintain your certification after this period, you'll need to complete a renewal process that involves documenting your Scrum experience and completing a certain number of continuing education units (CEUs). We'll provide guidance on this process as your renewal date approaches.
The certification assessment consists of a combination of multiple-choice questions, scenario-based questions, and practical exercises. It is designed to evaluate both your theoretical understanding of Scrum principles and your ability to apply them in real-world situations. The assessment is administered on the final day of the training program, and you'll need to achieve a score of 80% or higher to pass.
If you don't pass the assessment on your first attempt, you'll have the opportunity to retake it within 30 days at no additional cost. We also provide targeted feedback and additional resources to help you prepare for the retake. If you need further support, our instructors are available for one-on-one coaching sessions at a discounted rate for course participants.
Yes, we offer both in-person and live virtual training options. Our virtual training uses interactive platforms to ensure an engaging learning experience, with breakout rooms for group activities, digital collaboration tools, and live instructor interaction. The certification process and outcomes are identical regardless of the format you choose.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, major credit cards, GCash, and PayMaya. For individual participants, we offer installment payment plans with an initial deposit followed by monthly payments. Corporate clients can be invoiced with payment terms.
