By accessing our website or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

Course Registration and Payment
When registering for our courses or certification programs, you agree to provide accurate registration information and timely payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless we have explicitly agreed to an installment plan. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment has not been received.
Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice at any time.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel your participation in a course, the following terms apply:
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 14 days before the original course date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Cancellation by Participant: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and will depend on when the cancellation request is received.
- Cancellation by AgileFlow: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the course: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellation 15-30 days before the course: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the course: No refund
Special promotions or discounted courses may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and in our course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of AgileFlow or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website or course materials without our explicit written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Resell or make commercial use of our Services or content
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit our content for commercial purposes
- Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
- Circumvent security measures on our website
Certification
Upon successful completion of our certification courses, you will receive a certificate. To maintain certification, you must comply with any continuing education requirements specified for your certification type.
We reserve the right to revoke certification if:
- Certification was obtained fraudulently
- The certified individual violates professional ethics
- Continuing education requirements are not met
Our certifications are issued by AgileFlow and, where applicable, in partnership with recognized certification bodies. The terms and conditions of these certification bodies may also apply.
User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use our Services for illegal purposes
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users
- Engage in any harassing, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Services or other users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AgileFlow makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgileFlow regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
